At 73x, very bright at nucleus, with dark lanes in core area. Elongated halo, but pretty small. At 168x, a row of 13+ mag stars trails off to the SE. Dark area near core more distinct. Very much brighter at nucleus, with stellaring at moments of better seeing. Margins are elongated core area are distinct. Sense that there is more here in outer envelope beyond grasp at this seeing.

Bright elongated oval bet two 6.5 mag stars, with dim 13 mag star just to S. Distinct stellaring at core at 73x. 168x shows large elongated halo, stellar nucleus, and distinct outer margins. Ends trail off to points. N lengthwise margin more distinct. Halo shows granularity/ knotty clumps near core.

Very elongated, small, and faint at 73x. Only slight brightening length-wise at core. Halo expands lengthwise with AV. At 168x, lengthwise margins very distinct. Gradual brightening toward elongated core region, but no stellaring at nucleus.

Very large oval-to-round halo with flecks of brighter light throughout at 73x. Very faint/ difficult; need AV to see. A bit brighter at 168x. Stellar flecks in halo, including a pretty bright one near center. Otherwise, light pretty even, though  some brightening toward center. Very like M-33 in shape, though much smaller.

Extremely dim at 73x -- looks much dimmer than 11.0. At 168x, not much brightening toward center, though core is fairly distinct (elongated SE - NW). At 73x with AV, very smooth elliptical shape appears.

Small, very concentrated halo. elongated E-W, just W of 12+ mag star. Core area somewhat brighter than surrounding halo. Both are elliptical. At 168x, core becomes very bright, with knotty appearance toward nucleus. Ends of halo flare longer with AV. Lengthwise edge toward star is more distinct. Looks like core of M-31.
